# What Happens Next
With this flow, once the order has passed through your approval process and landed with Space42, Space42 staff will get to work. We will work with the vendor behind the scenes to ensure that the archive data exists and the various options available. We will communicate with you to ensure that the archive data available meets your expectations. Only once you are satisfied with the options available and confirm which data you would like will we place the order with the vendor and upload it to your organisation.
